  • Pour all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Above medium heat cook until it boils. Stir from time to time.
  • Keep boiling until the mixture is reduced to a fourth. (I mean let the heat drop to a fourth)
  • Pour the warm syrup over your cake a few minutes before serving.


Honey Mango Sorbet


Ingredients: –

  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • ½ teaspoon of honey
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 4 basil leaves


Composition: –

  • Pour the ingredients in a blender and blend until you achieve the desired consistency.
  • Then you can garnish with more basil leaves if desired.


Some other simple recipe is a combination of ginger, lemon, and honey. Just mix the three in water and drink the liquid.

This can do wonders to your health if taken daily, that is in the morning or evening perhaps.


Believe me when I say the benefits of honey could be as sweet as its taste. But you must always take its downsides into consideration when starting a honey skin care.


Remember in the beginning this article, I made it clear that, MANUKA HONEY is best in doing all I mentioned I this article but if you can not get your hands on MANUKA HONEY, then you can go for raw honey. It is also good for the purpose.
