50-70% of pregnant women out there are all victims of this situation but luckily enough, there are some very simple ways to deal with this issue without the application of some nasty chemical products or lasers.
HOW TO ADDRESS CHLOASMA NATURALLY
Let us first take a look at what pregnancy mask is. It is a situation whereby during pregnancy, your body is flooded with extra hormones and these extra hormones, particularly each Trudgen can cause hyperpigmentation.

TURMERIC MILK :
Turmeric also protects the skin from UV damage.

- Just mix turmeric powder,
- Raw milk and mix until you get a fine paste.
You can then apply the paste to the dark spots and leave it on for about 10 minutes, then wash it off.
You are also allowed to drink turmeric milk, by so doing, it may help your skin from the inside out.
HORSERADISH MILK :
Horseradish milk helps to remove dark spots on the skin.
HOW TO USE IT :
- Get a few inches of horseradish root,
- 1/2 cup of water,
- Put into a blender,
- Blend and strain into a glass,
- Add 2 tablespoons of horseradish juice,
- Add 2 tablespoons of raw milk,
- Mix very well until it is well smooth.
When ready, splash on the face about ten minutes before showering or washing.
MILK OF MAGNESIA:
Wash your face and apply liberally with a piece of cotton at night before going to bed, leave on as you sleep and wash off in the morning.
Since sun exposure increases the risk of pregnancy masks, it is therefore recommended you limit your time in the Sun.
Just avoid going out in the Sun at the hottest part of the day and always remember to wear a high-quality non-toxic sunscreen and a hat when if you must go out.
